Pronto Technologies Pte. Ltd. operates the fully online job finding platform and mobile application Pronto, (”Pronto”, ”Company”, ”we”, “us,” or “our”).

You may use Pronto as either one of two user types, Job Seeker or Job Poster. By continuing use of our platform(s), you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Job Seeker:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, location, and password.
  • Profile Information: Resume, Information you provide in your profile, such as your skills and experience.

Job Poster:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Company Information: Company name, address, and industry.
  • Payment Information: Payment card details, billing address, and other financial information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • Enabling our Artificial Intelligence (AI) features: Pronto utilises various AI technologies to automate job ‘matching’, an app function that evaluates a Job Seeker’s suitability for particular Jobs as posted by Job Posters. This ‘matching’ feature does not construe an employment agency-jobseeker relationship and does not require any fees from Job Seekers.
  • Processing Payments: To facilitate payments between Job Poster and Job Seeker (if any)
  • Communicating with Users: To send notifications, updates, and messages related to job postings, applications, and platform updates.
  • Improving Our Services: To analyse usage patterns, identify trends, and improve our platform.
  • Complying with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
  • Protecting Our Rights: To investigate and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and other illegal activities.

4. Sharing Your Information

  • Counterparty: To facilitate the provision of services and enable communication between Job Seekers and Job Posters.
  • Service Providers: To help us provide our services, such as payment processors, data analytics providers, and customer support providers, who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Law Enforcement Agencies: To comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights, but only when required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption: Your sensitive information is protected with industry-standard encryption.
  • Access controls: We limit access to personal data to authorised personnel.
  • Regular security audits: We conduct regular security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Incident response plans: We have procedures in place to respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.
